I am a registered naturopath, medical herbalist and nutritionist with a bachelor of health science in natural medicine. I am also a researcher and truth seeker with a deep curiosity for understanding human physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as pathology (disease processes). This interest was sparked by my own aspiration to restore and maintain optimal health and vitality as well becoming aware of how corporate and political agendas have impacted our health and shaped our perspectives on our ability to heal and prevent disease.
To me, health is not just the absence of symptoms, but the cultivation of a robust physiology and state of mind, which enables you to navigate the demands of the modern world with strength and resilience.
I am strongly passionate about quality organic food, conscious eating, and plant based cooking, as well as growing my own nutrient dense food and medicinal herbs.
I offer both online and in-person consultations in Titirangi, Auckland.

My key values as a naturopath?
-
Having the capacity to act independently, make free choices, and govern myself is so important to me. This is what drives my persistent quest for knowledge in regards to health, history and politics, so I can have the ability to make my own informed decisions about my body.
My role as a naturopath is to provide you with the knowledge and guidance so you can take an active role in your health and navigate it with greater confidence and self-determination.
-
Self-sufficiency in regards to health is about taking responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, rather than leaving it in the hands of the government. If we do not want to rely on politicians or a corrupt medical system to make our health decisions for us, or depend on medications to manage symptoms, then we must take responsibility for our own health.
I can help you better understand your body and support you becoming self-sufficient in managing your health.
-
Freedom is a value that led me to become a naturopath because I believe health creates freedom. When we are burdened by low energy or chronic symptoms our choices and opportunities become limited. Our ability to pursue our goals, enjoy our relationships, and engage fully with life can be restricted.
To me, true health is about more than the absence of disease. It is about having the vitality and life force to live in alignment with our values and express our soul’s purpose in the world. I am passionate about helping people remove the obstacles that stand in the way of their well-being so they can experience greater freedom—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Preventative health is something that led me to become a naturopath because the choices we make today influence our future health. Learning about epi-genetics showed me that disease is not simply a genetic lottery that we are destined for, but that our lifestyle, environment, and daily habits can have a significant impact on our well-being. I am passionate about helping people take proactive steps to support their health now, rather than waiting until illness develops.
